please follow this...link

I live in a subdivision, and the yard right next to ine is up for sale and vacant.
There is a fairly large hole with yellow jackets flying in and out right next to my side of the yard,
but it’s in the vacant yard next door. My dog got stung several times last week, resulting in a $300 vet bill,
and I’m wondering if I should try to take care of the nest myself, or call the realtor who is listing the house to have him or
the owner take care of it. I also have 2 kids and my husband who are very allergic. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
